- Mix all dry ingredients
- Add Olive oil and blend together
- Rub on ribs and let marinade for 30 min.
Smoker:
- Set smoker to 225. Place ribs in smoker. Cover if desired. Smoke until internal meat temp is 170. Smoke 3 hours: meat side up. Using foil, pour in oil, butter or marinade. Cover with foil smoke 2 hours. Upwrap foil and smoke 1 hour. Let rest 15 min. before slicing.
Pressure Cooker and Oven
- Slice ribs into large pieces to fit in pot. Set pressure to high. Cook for 45 minutes. Let pressure release naturally.
- Carefully remove ribs from pot and place in baking pan. Add sauce over ribs. Add liquid to pan.
- Broil on high for 5 to 10 minutes to caramelize
