Pork Ribs

Servings: 4 Servings

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Mustard powder or 1 tbls prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp Cayenne pepper ground
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Rack Spareribs
  • 1 pkg Ham Glaze Use this instead of all above ingredients

Equipment

  • 1 Pressure Cooker

Method
 

  1. Mix all dry ingredients
  2. Add Olive oil and blend together
  3. Rub on ribs and let marinade for 30 min.
Smoker:
  1. Set smoker to 225. Place ribs in smoker. Cover if desired. Smoke until internal meat temp is 170.
    Smoke 3 hours: meat side up. Using foil, pour in oil, butter or marinade. Cover with foil smoke 2 hours. Upwrap foil and smoke 1 hour. Let rest 15 min. before slicing.
Pressure Cooker and Oven
  1. Slice ribs into large pieces to fit in pot.
    Set pressure to high. Cook for 45 minutes. Let pressure release naturally.
  2. Carefully remove ribs from pot and place in baking pan. Add sauce over ribs. Add liquid to pan.
  3. Broil on high for 5 to 10 minutes to caramelize
