Method
- Using a food processor fitted with metal blade. Add flour and salt to bowl. Add butter cubes. Pulse until butter is absorbed, about 10 to 12 one second pulses.
- On a lightly floured surface, place dough and knead lightly, about 10 times.
- Roll into rectangle approximately 12×18 inches. Fold dough like an envelope then fold in half. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
