Method
- Cook pasta to hard al dente. Remove from water.
- Mix the remaining ingredients.
- Fill pasta with cheese mixture.
- Lightly oil the bottom of a casserole dish. Place filled pasta in dish and cover with desired sauce. Top with mozzarella cheese. Cover the dish with a lid or foil.
- Bake at 275 for 20 to 30 minutes. Uncover. Turn oven to low broil and cook additional 3 to 5 minutes to brown the cheese, if desired.
