Stuffing

Ingredients
  

  • Bread cubes
  • Butter
  • 1 cup Onion, minced
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp Sage
  • 2 tbsp Parsley, fresh, minced
  • 2 tsp Rosemary
  • Chicken broth
  • 1 Egg

Method
 

  1. Cook onion and garlic in butter until soft.
    Stir in herbs. Turn off heat and add bread cubes.
  2. In another bowl mix together eggs and broth.
    Pour over bread mixture to evenly coat.
    Bake in 350 for 30 to 45 minutes until egg mixture is cooked.
