- Mix all ingredients together. Add milk or cream to thin it if necessary. But keep it a thick biscuit like dough
- Heat oil in a skillet to medium high heat.Place potato mixture in 2 tbsp mounds the skillet. Smash down slightly. Fry Until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
- Serve hot topped with sour cream, chives, cayenne,and hot sauce
