Pickled Onions

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large Onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp Pickling Spice
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Vinegar or more as needed.
Optional Ingredients
  • Habanero pepper thinly sliced
  • Jalapeno pepper thinly sliced

Method
 

  1. Fill jar with onions. Alternate optional ingredients if using.
  2. Add pickling spice and water.
  3. Top with vinegar.
  4. Refrigerate for 5 days.
