Mustard Pork Chops

Ingredients
  

  • Pork Chops
  • Butter
Gravy
  • 1 tbsp Onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 1/2 tbsp Beef bouillon, or one cube
  • 1 cup Water, hot
  • 2 tbsp Mustard
  • 2 tbsp Sweet pickles, chopped

Method
 

  1. Cook pork in butter, set aside. Leaving juices in the pan.
  2. Dissolve bouillon in water.
    Cook onion slightly in the pan juices.
  3. Blend flour into sauce pan then Gradually stir in the bouillon. Cook until thick.
  4. Add mustard and pickles.
