Mix yeast, sugar and water. Whisk together and add egg. Whisk again.
Add Flout to mixer bowl. Slowly add liquid ingredients. Mix until smooth. Dough should be moist and smooth.
Drizzle bowl with olive oil. Roll dough to cover with oil. Cover with plastic wrap and proof until double in size.Roll dough to rectangle about 12 x 8 inches. Cut into 8 equal buns. Place on bun pans or parchment paper. Cover with plastic wrap. Let rise until double. Brush on egg wash. Bake at 375 until golden brown. About 20 minutes.
