Fry Bread

Great for tacos.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Flour or more as needed.
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk or broth
  • oil for frying

Method
 

  1. Mix dry ingredients together
  2. Add liquid and mix until combined.
    Turn out on floured board and knead until smooth texture
  3. Divide dough in to 4 equal parts and make into rounds about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Fry in medium hot oil until golden brown. Flip to brown both sides.
