Flat Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/4 cups Water, warm
  • 2 1/2 tsp Yeast
  • 1 tbls Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Yogurt
  • 2 tbls Olive oil
  • 1 tbls Salt
  • 1/2 tbls Basil
  • 1/2 tbls Oregano
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 3 3/4 cup Flour
  • Olive oil for brushing

Method
 

  1. Mix water, sugar and yeast. Let yeast bloom.
  2. Add all except the flour and mix.
  3. Slowly mix in the flour. Mix until smooth.
  4. Cut into 10 equal pieces. Roll the dough into balls and roll out about 7 inch circles. Brush with olive oil.
  5. Preheat frying pan medium low.
    Cook 1 1/2 minutes, until surface is covered with bubbles. Flip.
    Sprinkle with cheese and herbs.
