- 1 lb Fresh Green beans
- 1 tsp Alum To keep beans crispy
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Vinegar more as needed.
- 2 tbsp Pickling Spice
Optional Additions
- Jalapeno peppers, thinly sliced
- Habanero peppers, thinly sliced
- Kale leaf, thinly sliced
Pack green beans into jar wide mouth jar. Alternate with optional ingredients if using.Add water and pickling spices. Top with vinegar. Refrigerate for 5 days.
