- 2 cups Butter
- 1/2 tbsp Chicken boullion
- 1 tbsp Thyme
- 1 tbsp Rosemary
- 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1/4 cup Onion, minced
Melt 1 cup butter. Add half the herbs, garlic and onion. Stir until thoroughly combined. Strain butter. Inject into the thickest part of chicken breast or legs. Inject several places and massage marinade into the meat. Soften the other cup of butter, add the rest of the herbs and veg. Carefully lift skin from chicken to create pockets. Place soften butter mixture under the skin. Massage to spread evenly underneath the skin.
