- Steam cabbage leaves to soften. Cut out hard middle stem.
- Cook the bacon. Remove bacon leaving fat in the pan, and set aside. Add the chicken and the mushrooms. Combine on low until oil is absorbed. Let cool.
- In a bowl, combine stuffing, potatoes, and green beans. Add the chicken mixture. Make sure the mixture is not very warm. Add the egg. Mix to combine. Fill the leaves with mixture. Top mixture with bacon crumbles. Wrap and set each roll on a steam tray/plate. Place a riser in the instant pot. Add 2 cups of water. Place steam tray on riser. Set pressure to high and cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Let pressure release naturally.
