Butternut Squash with Sausage and Sage Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Sausage, ground
  • 1 Butternut squash, cubed
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Onion, diced
  • 4 cups Broth, Chicken
  • 2 sprigs Fresh Sage
  • 1 cup Mayacopa beans, dry
  • 1 tbsp Miso

Equipment

  • 1 Pressure Cooker

Method
 

  1. Place pressure cooker on saute setting and cook sausage. Add squash, garlic, and onion. Saute until soft.
  2. Add beans, broth, sage leaves, and miso. Cook on high pressure for 15 minutes. Let pressure release naturally.
  3. Remove sage leaves before serving.
