White Corn Syrup

Vanilla
Method
In a small pan, heat syrup to boiling.
Beat egg whites until they form soft peaks. Add salt.
Slowly pour in syrup continuing to beat until frosting is fluffy and hangs in peaks.
Fold in vanilla.
