Snow Peak Frosting

Frosts sides and tops of two 9 inch cake layers.
Prep Time 15 minutes
Course: Dessert

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/4 cups White Corn Syrup
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • Pinch Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Method
 

  1. In a small pan, heat syrup to boiling.
  2. Beat egg whites until they form soft peaks. Add salt.
  3. Slowly pour in syrup continuing to beat until frosting is fluffy and hangs in peaks.
  4. Fold in vanilla.
