Method
- Mix yeast, sugar and water. Whisk together and add egg. Whisk again.
- Add Flout to mixer bowl. Slowly add liquid ingredients. Mix until smooth. Dough should be moist and smooth.
- Drizzle bowl with olive oil. Roll dough to cover with oil. Cover with plastic wrap and proof until double in size.Roll dough to rectangle about 12 x 8 inches. Cut into 8 equal buns. Place on bun pans or parchment paper. Cover with plastic wrap. Let rise until double.
- Brush on egg wash. Bake at 375 until golden brown. About 20 minutes.
