Buttery Chicken
Tender, chewy, and slightly nutty Israeli couscous is an irresistible side dish that comes together in just a few minutes, with very little effort.

Method
- Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp butter to skillet. Tilt pan to spread evenly
- Toss chicken in Italian seasoning, paprika and pepper evenly.
- Add chicken. Do not crowd pieces or chicken will steam rather than brown. Cook until nicely brown on all sides. About 3 minutes per side.
- Add remaining butter and garlic. Add tomato sauce if using. Cook until chicken is cooked through. Serve over rice or couscous.
