Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pork Shoulder
Spice Rub
  • 1/4 cup Paprika
  • 2 tbls Herbs de Province
  • 2 tbls Onion powder
  • 2 tbls Garlic powder
  • 1 tbls Marjoram
  • 1/2 cup Olive oil

Equipment

  • 1 Smoker Can be cooked the oven, but it doesn't have the smoky taste.

Method
 

  1. Mix spices and oil. Let rest to develop flavors.
  2. Place pork in a large bowl or pan. Massage oil mix all over pork.
  3. Pork can be smoked in a pan or directly on the grates.
  4. Smoke at 225 for 3 to 5 hours depending on the size of your pork shoulder. Internal temperature should be 170 for slicing and 185 for pulling.
