Garlic & Lemon Pasta with Fish

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Pasta
  • 4 Garlic cloves large
  • 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 5 tbls Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbls Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 tsp Chicken Boullion
  • 1/2 cup Spinach chopped
  • 3 Sweet Mini Peppers
  • 4 Fish Fillets
  • Olive Oil For sautéd garlic

Method
 

  1. Cook Pasta.
    Cook Fish fillets.
  2. While pasta is boiling, cook garlic in olive oil on medium heat until golden about 5 minutes. Stir in juice, pepper flakes, peppers, and spinach.
  3. Drain pasta, and toss in with garlic and veggies.
    Top with fish fillet.
