Ingredients
  

  • 1 Lbs Pork, cubed meat cuts easier when partially frozen
  • 6 oz Pork fat or Lard
  • 2 Tbls Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Fennel seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Rosemary
  • 1/8 tsp Thyme
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper

Equipment

  • 1 Meat Grinder

Method
 

  1. Grind all spices together then add to the oil and blend.
  2. Grind pork and fat together.
  3. Blend spice mix into ground meat.
