Bean Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 15 1/2 oz can French Style Green Beans
  • 1 15 1/2 oz can Wax Beans cut in 1 inch pieces
  • 1 15 1/2 oz can Kidney Beans
  • 1/2 cup Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 Onion, minced
  • 1/2 cup Green pepper, chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 3/4 cup Sugar

Method
 

  1. Drain beans thoroughly.
  2. Beat remaining ingredients together.
    Add beans and combine.
    Refrigerate overnight to meld flavors together.
