Method
- Let yeast bloom in water and sugar mix. Add egg to yeast mix.
- Mix dry ingredients together. Add wet ingredients.Mix until dough is smooth.
- Roll dough to 9×12 rectangle. Spread softened butter over dough.Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over the dough.
- Roll up lengthwise. Slice 1 1/2 inch thick slices.
- Place on baking tray. Let rise until doubled.
- Bake at 350 for 13 minutes. Tops will be barely browned.
Frosting
- Mix all ingredients together until fluffy. Spread on rolls while they are still hot.
