Egg Noodle Dough

Prep Time 30 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Flour
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Olive Oil
  • Water, as needed

Method
 

  1. To make pasta shells.
    Roll out dough into small circles.
    With the back of a knife- put pressure on dough and pull towards you.
    Let shells dry 12 hours before cooking.
