Stroganoff

Ingredients
  

  • Olive Oil
  • Ground Beef or Chicken cubes
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 4 cups Mushrooms, thinly slices
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 cup Tomato Paste
  • 1 cup Beef Stock ( or Chicken if using)
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream

Method
 

  1. Fry beef, bacon, mushrooms, and garlic.
  2. Add paprika, tomato paste, and stock
  3. Add sour cream
  4. Serve over noodles.
