Pickled Cauliflower

Ingredients
  

  • Cauliflower florets
  • 1 tsp Alum To keep florets crispy
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Pickling Spice
  • 1 cup Vinegar
Optional Ingredients
  • Habanero slices
  • Jalapeno slices
  • Kale leaf slices

Method
 

  1. Pack a jar with florets. Alternate with optional ingredients if using. Add pickling spices.
  2. Pour in water and top with vinegar.
  3. Refrigerate for 5 days.
