Method
- Combine all ingredients in bowl.
- Cover the bottom of a skillet with oil. Left over bacon fat works great! Spoon 1/4 cup patties into the hot oil. Using spatula to tap patties to flatten out.
- Cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side until golden brown.
- When done, set aside for a minute to "dry off" the oil.
- Serve with sour cream, salsa, or cheese sauce.
